The Doctors of Sutton Animal Hospital understand the strong human-animal bond and aim to deliver the highest customer service while providing tailored veterinary care for your pet.

As part of our commitment to providing convenience for our patients, we maintain an on-site pharmacy. Veterinarians utilize many drugs that are not available in human pharmacies. Prescription refill requests can be made by telephone or e-mail. Please give us 24 hours for e-mail requests.

We also have flea/tick products, prescription foods, shampoos and other skin care products that are conveniently available for you at any time.

It is important to know that the origins of the drugs and preventatives you give to your pet are from a reputable source and handled appropriately. When you purchase medications from our pharmacy, you know your pet’s medications were obtained from safe, reliable sources and stored under optimal conditions. Our trained staff will fill your prescriptions with care and attention to detail. You can count on us to provide you with accurate information about your pet’s medications, including proper dosing information, and the potential for any possible drug side effects or interactions. You should never give any medication without consulting your veterinarian first.  

If we have not seen your pet within the last 12 months we will not be able to refill  medication without first seeing your pet for an exam. You can schedule an appointment by calling us at 212-935-0823.
