Dr. Primason has been really great with my cat. She's been in for her annual and for a dental cleaning which ended up resulting in extractions. Dr. Primason made me feel extremely comfortable throughout the entire process and walked me through everything that was being done. I didn't feel forced to proceed with what she was recommending but trusted her enough to let her do what she thought was best. The staff kept me well informed throughout the day which really put me at ease knowing my cat was in good hands.

Took my 3 yr old kitty here for her first visit after we moved from northern New England to the upper east side this summer. I was impressed by the professionalism and courtesy displayed by the front desk staff as well as the doctor. Dr. Kent-Miller was very thorough in providing me an explanation of everything she checked for during my kitty's visit and gave me the price breakdown of the recommended follow up tests. She was very warm and friendly over the phone, in addition to being incredibly knowledgeable. I am happy to have found a vet clinic in my area that I feel comfortable entrusting the care of my fur-baby to. A big thank you to Dr. Kent-Miller and her staff for the stellar service!

We have been going to Sutton Animal Hospital since we brought home our goldendoodle puppy in January and could not be happier! Both Dr. Kennedy and Dr. Kent-Miller are incredibly talented and very attentive. They make sure to fully explain any and all procedures, outline costs ahead of time and will take time to answer any questions to make sure you're completely comfortable and satisfied with their services. The staff is always very helpful and goes above and beyond to answer emails and return phone calls and check-in on the health of your animal as needed. I love the staff here! My dog is scared of everything. When we first arrived, he was a bit nervous, but he was able to warm up to the staff halfway through the visit. The staff was incredibly loving, affectionate, patient, and gentle with my dog. I feel very comfortable bringing my dog here and trust that he will be well taken care of.

Dr. Kennedy has been taking care of my Shih Tzu Ciro for her entire career. She has taken good care of him and continues to do so. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Kennedy and the entire staff at Sutton Animal Hospital.
